I recently had the idea to turn our office space into a playroom. Now that Weston is officially a toddler and on the move, it would be nice to have a designated spot for him to play! My idea was to create a space to organize Weston’s toys, and also have a train table and kitchen set for him to play at too.

I’ve been going back and forth on this idea for a while, and I still haven’t really made up my mind yet. I think it would be SO nice to have this space as a play area, but it’s hard to predict if we would get good use out of it. I started by purchasing the rug and put a few toys in this space, and I think I’ll continue to slowly transform it from there!

Another idea I’m debating on is turning the built-in desk into a window seat. I think it would be a perfect spot to sit and read or watch Weston play. But again, I’m trying to decipher if it’s worth the hassle of switching things up.

You can probably tell by now that there’s a lot I haven’t decided on about this design. ha! Even though I’m not in a huge rush to tackle it, I wanted to share the design board with you so you have the links. PS: Stay tuned for a big project announcement we’re starting on Monday!
