We finally have a light over our dining table! Last week we had the lighting in our main living area updated. We added recessed lighting to the family room and had our contractor center the dining room light over the table. Previously, it was off center due to the placement of the dining table with the previous owners!

I found quite a few chandeliers I like, but ultimately went with this linear chandelier because of the style and price point. The nickel and brass were in stock, but I was looking for a black light, so I bought the nickel and spray painted it black!
For the paint, I used Rustoleum black spray paint in the satin finish. I did two coats on both side, letting each coat dry for a minimum of thirty minutes and it turned out great!
