I was talking to my mom the other day and she mentioned how she wanted to turn one of their guest bedrooms into a room for the grandkids! She was hoping to make it a room where all the grandkids in our family could play and sleep over.
My mom does so much for our family, so I really wanted to help her with this as a way to say thank you… and just because it’s fun too! I came up with this design to maximize floorspace and sleeping spots. My mom wanted to go with a daybed, so I found this one and based the design around that. This makeover will be strictly decor based, so I’m not changing the paint or doing any structural changes… Although, I do think white shiplap would take this room to the next level! 🙂
