The reality is our homes are the places that we LIVE, not the set of a Pottery Barn catalog shoot, so we have extra things laying around that need a place to go! That really is my secret to a study home. Everything needs a designated spot.

All our blankets, toys, computers, shoes, etc. have a designated place that they are stored. This makes cleaning quick and easy and allows me to keep our home clean, even after the tornado comes through 😉

I recently had a need for some additional storage in our family room. Mainly for small blankets and my computer since I work at the dining table. Ended up finding this chest of drawers and it was the perfect dimensions for this little wall! Loving how it turned out and that I’m able to put my things away when I’m done working.
