How many hours of sleep do you get every night? I used to get five or less when I was working two jobs, but recently made it a priority to get more sleep… It’s such a critical part of being healthy!
Here are a few things I’ve been doing that help me get a good night’s sleep so I can be rested and productive each day! Lord knows we all need it haha 😉

5. Blackout Curtains
Nothing like snuggling under the covers in a cold, dark room… you’re sure to get a good night’s sleep!
