Christmas is such a special season, isn’t it? Funny how as you get older you realize it’s up to you, the parent, to bring the spirit of Christmas alive for your child. That’s why I made it a point to decorate Weston’s room for Christmas! As a kid, decorating my room for Christmas is one of my most treasured memories. Of course, this season is about the birth of our king, and I think these special traditions fall right in step with capturing the spirit of joy and peace this season has to offer.
I added a few festive touches to Weston’s room while keeping it pretty neutral and simple! He gets so excited when I style his room for a new season, which makes it all worth it 🙂 Every night we read books before bed with the glow of the tree. And I made sure to pull his crib away from the wall in case the wreath falls… so not to worry! ha! And note the B fell off the letterboard and I didn’t notice. *facepalm* Did you notice?!
