The painters finished installing the new windows and painting the exterior last weekend, and we’re loving every inch of it!

I’m so glad I decided to go dark don’t the exterior. It truly looks so stunning up on the hill with the backdrop of the pine trees. Here are some picture and details of what we did!
Paint Color
The siding is BM Blacktop and the trim and fascia is BM Onyx (both eggshell finish). I really do love both colors! No regrets! Onyx is a little darker than Blacktop, so I used both for a subtle contrast.
Windows
We purchased our windows from Eternity Windows and Doors and opted for black on the outside and white on the inside. This company manufactures their own windows and can paint them for you, so the black is actually painted. This is a more cost-effective option than wood windows. We’ll see how the paint holds up over time!
Landscaping
Our plan is to do some landscaping this spring, but we did remove some of the shrubs that were blocking the view of the house! Additional landscaping will most likely be late spring after the snow stops. We would love to add a few plants against the house, and create a fire pit area in the front yard!
