This console table (which I found on sale for under $400. Lowest price I’ve seen!) is one of my favorite furniture pieces. It has such a gorgeous shape and wood tone and is a great price compared to other similar tables like this Pottery Barn one and this reclaimed wood option.
I’ve used this table in our entryway and loved it as a console table. When I needed a sofa table for the lake house I brought it up there and also love the look of it here as well.

I like to keep it simple with a sofa table since there’s typically a lot of additional furniture and decor throughout the rest of the room. Don’t want it to feel too cluttered! These are also good tips if you don’t want to disrupt the view into the living space:
1. Books – Layer coffee table books and decorative objects like bookends
2. Tray & Decor – Adding a new shape and distinct space with a tray helps define break the surface of the table up a little!
3. Basket & Throw – Style a basket and throw blanket beside or under the console table to complete the look.
