I recently ordered this slipcover sofa from Joss & Main and wanted to give you a close-up look and my review! A slipcover sofa is a great investment for anyone who wants a pretty sofa, but also wants something practical that can be cleaned. If you have kids or pets, slipcovers are great because they protect your sofa from spills, stains, and wear and tear.
Here’s a closer look and a few of my thoughts on this sofa!
Washable
One of the biggest advantages of a slipcover sofa is that it is washable. If you spill something on your sofa, you can simply remove the slipcover and wash it. This is much easier than trying to clean a stain off a fabric or leather sofa. Plus, slipcovers can be washed in the washing machine, so you don’t have to worry about taking them to the dry cleaners. I haven’t washed this one yet, but one tip to washing a slipcover is to put it back on your sofa slightly damp so it takes the shape of the sofa again!
Cost-Effective & Fast, Free Shipping
Another benefit of this slipcover sofa is that it is cost-effective. At just $1300 and free, quick shipping, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a more affordable sofa compared to many other options that have this look!
Color Options
There are three neutral color options for this sofa and they all look so pretty based on the customer photos in the product listing! I have the ‘cream polyester blend’, but the ‘natural’ color looks really pretty too if you want a neutral sofa that’s not quite so light.
Easy Assembly
All you have to do is attach the legs and you’re good to go! So simple and easy.
Firm Seat
This seat is more of a medium-firm seat, but still soft enough to feel comfortable. I personally love a slightly firm cushion because the sofa holds its shape and looks pretty even after you’ve been sitting on it.
Overall, I absolutely love this sofa and would highly recommend it. Of course, everyone has different preferences and expectations, but that’s my personal opinion! I think it is a gorgeous sofa at a great price, and comfy too. You can always check out the customer reviews for opinions from some other perspectives!
