Big news—we’ve got a new project for 2025! Our latest adventure is a lakefront fixer-upper in gorgeous Lake Arrowhead, CA. With three levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a dock with its own dock house, it’s got all the charm and potential we’ve been looking for.

We’ve already made a few simple updates so it’s ready for guests starting next month! A big renovation is planned for the fall, and we can’t wait to bring new life to this space while keeping that cozy lakefront vibe. We updated the spaces with paint, flooring on the main level, plus new lighting and hardware.
