We’re starting a new project! Excited to share we will be renovating our guest bathroom. Although, I just realized I’ve been calling it a guest bathroom when really it’s the bathroom Weston and I use all the time. So I guess we are renovating Weston and my bathroom haha!

I planned this project monthssss ago… but you know how home renovations go 🙂 Which is just one of the reasons why we’re happy to get this project going! The planning phase is so much fun, but it’s even more exciting to see a design board come to life don’t you think?
The guest bathroom when we moved in:
Jordan laughs at the fact that we renovated our master bathroom and I don’t use it. Apparently, I prefer showering in old run-down bathrooms lol. No, but really I just prefer the tub/shower situation for showering instead of the stall shower, especially since ours is so narrow. Perfect for Jordan though! Glad he’s been enjoying it! 😉 It will be nice to have this bathroom finished so Weston and I can enjoy it. And our guests too since it’s the first room off our main living area which makes it the main bathroom in our home.

Here’s the design for the bathroom renovation. We decided to keep our vinyl flooring here (see this post for all flooring details) so I built the design around that! Overall I wanted it to be neutral but have contrast and character. The only thing you don’t see on the design board is the tub! We’re adding a nice alcove soaking tub that I plan to pair with a gorgeous extra long curtain to make it feel more modern.
