We Bought a Lake House!

The secret is out… we bought a lake house!!! Our charming new home is nestled on a hill under the pine trees in Lake Arrowhead, CA. We won’t be living there full time, but we’re definitely planning to spend lots of time up there. And the good news is… you can too! 🙂

The plan is to fully renovate the ‘Elmwood Lake House‘ and bring you along every step of the way. In fact, we have a full renovation plan in place and I’m heading up the mountain to do the final walk-through with the contractor tomorrow. We’ll be cutting a few walls open so we determine a final kitchen layout and finalize a few other minor details. Make sure to tune in tomorrow for a full tour!

Like I mentioned earlier, this is a vacation home. We absolutely love Lake Arrowhead and can’t wait to spend lots of time up there with family and friends. We also plan to rent it out to YOU once everything is finished! We aren’t quite sure of all the rental details just yet, but we hope it can be a place you can visit and soak up the Halfway Wholeistic experience. I will be sure to keep you updated once it’s available to rent!

I’ve always cherished the comfort of home and family, which is one of the main reasons I’m excited to create this new space. There’s something so incredibly special about the mountains. The peaceful surroundings and charm that comes with each season creates the perfect backdrop for family memories all year long. We’re so thankful God blessed us with this opportunity, and we pray it will be a blessing to each of you as well!
