Go-To Greens: My Must Have Plants for Your Spring Landscape

Last week I mentioned we are going to be updating our landscape! We’re going to be adding new walkways, fencing, and plants to brighten up our yard and create some curb appeal.

Due to popular demand, I’m outlining my favorite plants for you today! These plants have been my go-to options for years. I go back to them time and time again… safe to say they’re my favorite! You can grab all of these at your local nursery. I usually shop at Armstrong’s!

My Go-To Greens:

Ranunculus

Add a pop of white with this pretty flower.

Lavender

My favorite way to mix in some color.

Dwarf Olive

The prettiest gray-green.

Mexican Feather Grass

Looks so pretty in the breeze!

Coastal Rosemary

A little larger than the dwarf olive so it layers nicely. Also a pretty gray-green!

Pittosporum Silver Sheen

The dainty leaves on this tree add subtle texture and twinkle in the wind!

Olive Tree

Favorite tree of all time! It’s so stunning and easy to maintain as long as it has lots of sunshine!

Citrus Tree

Can’t beat the scent and natural beauty of a citrus tree. I would love to plant a little citrus grove in our yard someday!

Hope that’s helpful! I’ll share more when our exterior landscape renovation begins next month 🙂
