Paint has been a hot topic at Halfway Wholeistic this week since we’re currently updating our interior doors, trim, and paint! If you’ve missed out on the fun you can watch my ‘Doors and Paint‘ highlight over on Instagram.
Just like I did in our lake house, I’m incorporating some contrasting trim in our home! The picture above is from our lake house where we did Revere Pewter on the doors and baseboards and White Dove on the walls. This time, I’m doing another version of contrast trim by keeping the walls and baseboards the same color, but incorporating contrast trim on the doors and door casings! Our walls and baseboards will be Swiss Coffee at 75% and the doors and door casings will be Jogging Path. I can’t wait to see how it comes out!
Going with contrast trim can feel a bit bold for minimalists like me, but it really adds so much to the space! Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking to add some charm, depth, and visual interest to your home. Stay tuned for more paint updates next week!
