Lake house Front Door Reveal

Super excited our most recent project is finally DONE! We had a new front door installed at Elmwood Lake House! I absolutely love how it came out and how it transforms the space and lighting. I’m sharing all the need-to-know details below!

The Details:

The Door:

Our door is part of the Nantucket Collection by Simpson Door Company, style 77504. The door is ordered to be pre-hung with the lock set holes drilled and black hardware. You can visit simpsondoorco.com and enter your zip code to find a distributor near you!

The Hardware:

Kwikset San Clemente Front Door Lock Handle and Deadbolt Set in matte black from Amazon.

The Contractor:

The Paint Colors:

Here are the colors we used!

Walls, door (interior), and trim around door: BM White Dove at 75%

Baseboards: BM Revere Pewter

Door (exterior): BM Blacktop

The Cost:

Door Cost: $3,229.05

Installation & Paint: $2,626.00

Total: $5,855.05

So, what do you think?! We’re so happy with how everything it turned out. Front door projects are an investment, but it makes SUCH a big impact so it was well worth it!
